    It is not a wear issue. This happens on a high RPM shift, 7000+ with the shitty Ford OEM clutch. As soon as you push in the clutch and the friction disc is floating, the centrifugal force pulls all the material off. Quite common. Mine was bone stock 2015 with around 14000 miles on it...

    Shop should charge 2 hrs out and 2 hrs in at the most. I had mine out while on jack stands in a couple hours, a bit more to put back in.

    I thought you just close the door and raise the window and hold it at the top for 5 seconds with the button. That should do it. Or I could be wrong.

    This is the TOB with slave cylinder, they are one part. Remove transmission to access/replace.

    The clutch MC comes out with the entire assembly but you only need to buy the MC, it is available individually. I know because I bought one.

    The slave cylinder and TOB are one part, so you need to remove trans to replace. You can't replace one or the other.

    I replaced my clutch master cylinder. Bought the part straight from Ford, came with just the MC, nothing else. Mechanically easy to replace, but physically a PITA to access. I took my time and did it in a couple hours.

    There is no bleed nipple for the clutch slave cylinder. You bleed by pumping 50-100 or more times.
