So far I’ve only seen one car on here (wasn’t on here, maybe Facebook?). Not sure what caused it, but pretty sure the guy was on a track and may have hit the embankment. I don’t think any others have had problems.
You’ll be hard pressed to get any first hand opinions of the Snow kit on this forum as everyone just buys the most expensive Alky option that is always suggested on here. Like most things the expensive option is known to work.
They are all the same. I wanted to give AED a try, but the guy wanted to sell me parts because he won’t tune with the same brand the other tuners can tune with. I got a bad vibe talking to that guy off the bat.
I came over from the Jeep world, not so much for power mods, just tones of DIY fabrication mods. Seems weird so many mustang owners don’t own any tools, but can have a bunch of bolt in stuff somebody else gets paid to install. One that blew me away was a build thread for a wide body Shelby I...
Yep, they are all that way to an extent. Criptic dialogue is the way they do it. The more info they share with you the more questions you might have, meaning spending more time and less profit.
Right and wrong has been greyed out in today’s pusified America. You gotta take matters into your own hands and buy some fart spray. Spray some onto something it will soak into next time your in the dealership. Works at any business that has horrible service standards. Wish more people would...
Member Dun5 over in the troubleshooting thread described how your tune behaved poorly? He said you guys didn’t reply to him about the logs he sent showing how it was not running right. Doesn’t sound 50 state compliant if it won’t run right with your tune. Meow
It won’t be smog legal without...
Is the whole “clocking the bushings” part of a spring install? If so it’s something I’d prefer to do myself. How high of ramps are needed to support the wheels and get good angles/leverage with a torque wrench?
Basically the reason like to do it myself is I have less faith in an alignment tech...
Confirmation bias is strong on car forums. Gotta wait a year or two for the truth to come out about most modifications. It’s like a feeding frenzy, all someone has to do is say how great something is then it’s game on and everyone can’t get their hands on the latest greatest fast enough...
That’s good to see. Thanks for the confirmation. Do you recall or were you paying attention to how many miles it took to get the O2’s to ready? Also curious if you had to install any O2 spacers. Is your passing tune also one you can leave in for all use and go WOT in or is it just an...
Get some quality octane booster like boostane or Torco. If you add a couple of cups to the tank and the knock goes away you know it’s not false knock.
Only a few places in the country have good quality 93 gas. Course the tuners will all claim every car they touch (other than yours) has no...
