I'm not trying to be insulting or anything with this question, but did you have the car run and get up to normal temperature before doing the crank relearn?

Anytime you load a new tune or even use different fuel, a crank relearn should be done. Please let me know if it fixes the problem. I'm curious to know how it turns out. Good luck. Can really be a pain in the ass when the pony won't run the way you want.
