I looked at my picture again and on the front you can see the reflection of my house, which is a weird yellowish color. Thats the reason for the off color.
Thats the 1st thing I did. After a few months, I wanted more. I ended up modifing some 2014 Mustang Bassani mufflers for the axle back. Sounds so good now. With the X pipe, it does have a "metallicy" sound. It sounds more like a European sports car than a muscle car up in the RPM range.
So I've been noticing a small bubble on the leading site of my hood. I paid attention to it and watched for about 6 months. Finally took it to my local dealer and asked about it. They took pictures and sent them to Ford. This is a 2016 GT premium. About 3 weeks later I get a call from the dealer...
I bought a kit made by slime that came with a compressor and slime and fit perfectly in the styrofoam mold. It works better than the factory setup and you can just buy a new bottle of slime as needed. I got mine at the local Tractor Supply Co. Maybe grab the foam from local yard or dealership.
I thought I read that this is how the system works. Something about it runs on the battery until it gets below a certain point, then the alternator charges it back up, then repeat. This is why it shows low at times, then spikes to 14+v.
You can shift these without using the clutch, but still need it to take off. That's how big rigs are driven. Use the clutch to start, then rev-match up through the gears, and back down.
Just pull it out and replace it. Not that expensive and you can get the charcoal activated ones. That'll also protect you from covid-19:facepalm:

I'm running the SVE X pipe in the stock size pipe, and then 3" axle back. No point in changing the size, since I'm not looking for max power or on a tune. The Bassani mufflers and tips were for a 2014 that I made work and I got for free. So I got maybe $150 in the whole install. I installed it...
At least you got to have pins. My break was to close to the ankle to pin, so I had an external frame camping 6 vertical screws that held my leg together. Then after almost 6 months, they realized it stopped healing and I had to have a bone graft. That was September 10, 1987. The picture of my...
Well I can tell you that Kia and Hyundai area replacing a butt load of engines right now. I personally have delivered 40+ in maybe 2 years to these dealerships, and that's just in little ol' Idaho. Something with the direct injection and combustion build up or some crap.
If you get a resonator delete now, either X or H, you WILL be getting an exhaust. The delete is ok for a little bit more noise, but soon, you realize that you want more. Just buy a complete cat back once, and be done. I have a X pipe with Bassani axle back and it sounds nice, but there are times...
I started my driving career broken. When I was 15, in 1987, I was hit by a car while riding a bicycle. Broke both bone in my lower left leg. Out for 13 months. I have pretty much always driving a manual trans. I am a truck driver by trade, but my work truck (2016 Freightliner Cascadia) is an...
I hate having a manual transmission Mustang. I love driving my car and rowing the gears, but I broke my left foot and can't drive it. I've tried using my right foot to work the clutch and go, but thats so clunky, then to change gears. I haven't been able to drive it for about the last 3 weeks...
Have you looked in the case that the owners manuals are in? That's where I keep my window sticker. That's also where I found the window stick for my 1999 F350 when I bought it back in 2005.
