Just because it broke at 3,000 rpm doesn't mean the chain wasn't stretched due to high rpm operation over time which lead to play which broke the timing sprocket. What did your old car rev to?

Can you please disclose what your rev limiter was? I would think if this issue happened with stock redline roush would have included it in their kit.

I appreciate the advice, but I'm gonna go with the roush phase 2 for now. Worse case scenerio I wanna do something else later all I need are injectors and a re tune since the roush PnP bap is throttle activated.

I don't have IMRC's since I have the tvs. It's also in the roush notes that they are disabled in the calibration.

wanted to update this, my 2015 PP GT has 240 miles on it and with the clutch fully pushed in upwards of 2k+ rpm you can feel the flywheel vibration.
