It's a European thing. They have cameras everywhere, and they mail you a ticket if you even go one mile over the speed limit. So, a heavy foot can add up quickly. It's much easier to set it and forget it.

Yep! I don't have the figures in front if me, but that sounds right. It all goes to my original point, some dealers are negotiating on 15s. Some are even beating X plan and coming in below invoice. It pays to shop around.
