First time Ford owner- what does everyone use to clean/protect the dash? I'm not looking for a crazy shine but don't mind a little.

What's the brand everyone is using for headlight tint, I mainly only want the turn signal done and the bottom fog light. 5.0 badge and rear GT emblem- I know some people have plastidipped and I don't have an issue doing it, rather go with vinyl or something shinier/consistent.
