Recently replaced the Gt350 clutch with another OEM and the stainless steal line. The TOB was replaced not to long ago and was fairly new so I didn't opt to change it this time around . Of course now I'm having issues getting the clutch line bleed. I spent probably more then an hour manually pumping the clutch peddle with really no improvement. I even offset the raised vehicle to tilt driver side up to hopefully get those bubbles out.
I purchased a 42mm pressure cap for the master clutch top as well. I have a motive brake system as well.

Looking for guidance on next steps since it appears I'm not getting the fluid down to the TOB. Should I get a different vacuum setup? Slightly screwed and need to yank down the trans again to the get to input on the trans side?

My tips

-Do not use your power tool reconnecting the starter signal wire. Something told me to slow it down but I sheared the stud right out of the molding, now the circuit is hanging on for dear life.

-When working with the demon catalyic converter nut, zip tie the socket around the header to keep the socket from slipping off and having to go back under the car every time it does.

Mine took a couple hundred clutch push/pulls to clear it, even then it didn’t until I drove her for a bit…

Mine was super airlocked Since I alsorr did a stainless line. I ended up buying a bleeder From Harbor Freight And Pulling vacuum Right where it connects to the Master cylinder.

Any idea if the McLeod bell housing line connector with the bleeder valve would help? It doesn't have the built-in "peak torque limiter valve" orifice so I'm thinking of using it to prevent any chance of delayed engagement during track events. I'm preparing to install a divorced reservoir and upgraded hydraulic lines and I'm not looking forward to the ridiculous bleeding procedure.

The GT just has a elbow, no valve. The vacuum pump from HF is 26 bux. Pick a nipple adapter to the end, pull the hose off the reservoir and jam the nipper to the clutch line going down to the clutch. This is much easier than pulling and reseating the clips from that elbow.
