Can someone help me understand this fuel thing? Trying to pass emissions

I’m going through the same thing on my GT 350.. Been fighting it since mid May. I’ve driven the cycles many, many, many times and still don’t pas. Actually have driven over 1000 miles in all kinds of scenario.
I recently have had the ECU flashed and the PCM flashed and I’m waiting to get the Oxygen sensor and the O2 heated sensor replaced.
I’m on my 3rd 30 day permit extension and Utah only allows 3 then I have to see if the county will give me an exemption.
A real PAIN!

Well he's got to replace his O2 sensor and whatnot, so he does seem to have a hardware issue which is preventing him from getting O2 sensors ready up. If there's a code, its not going to do the drive cycle.

I did a drive cycle this morning? About an hour and a half.
My systems readied and I just passed emissions and am good for another two years

I finally, after 3 months, passed emissions in Utah for my GT 350.
Replaced the Oxygen sensor and O2 heated sensor plus flashed the ECU and the PCM.
a little pricey but I was tired of messing with around with it.
