I see that you have real silver snitch on your dashboard (at least it seems like real snitch, not platic molding!). Is this specific for the Heritage edition ? Was it in some optional package for 2018+ ?

Yeah it seems to be real stitching. This is a 2015 that has the 50 year appearance package. So maybe it has something to do with that option.

In 2016, it was called Premier Trim option when I ordered. I know the name changed later but don't recall what or if it went away or became standard or merged with something else at some point. It was real stiches but not necessarily silver. Mine has red stiches to match the upgraded red leather seats.

Was one of 2 options you rarely found on a lot. The other being the optional nickel painted PP wheels that added $200 to the Performance Package option. I can only assume the bean counters thought they were nickel plated instead of nickel paint. But would have cost me more money and hassle to have the cheaper black ones re-coated nickel.

Yes the Premier dash is a completely different part. The real stiches aren't even in the same places as the molded fake stiches are in the base dash.

I don't know how difficult to swap dash panels is but the apparent fact that 50 LEs have dashes with real stiches (almost certainly the same part as the Premier dash other than stich color), that means those maybe easier to find used.

And the silver threads are easy to exact match to red. I did that with a later model year center console that had silver stitching. Just use a red dye pen. The dye soaks into the threads but wipes off the surrounding plastic if wiped soon. If you want it to last indefinitely make sure to get a pen with dye that is not set by heat. Most dye pens are used on fabric and set by ironing which is of course not an option on car interior parts. Those heat setting pens will work and look the same but will eventually "wear" off and can transfer to things rubbed over the stitching.

So I added a billetworkz weighted shift knob, Roush H pipe and OEM Mach 1 exhaust to my car.

I had previously installed an OEM Mach 1 rear diffuser and RTR winglets so now the rear of the car is complete. Also tinted the reverse light and third brake light.

Actually It's pretty easy to find (@Midway Mustang) for like few hundreds $ . But I have to tear down everything. Let'S say it's a BIG winter project :-)

Yes it is connected to cigarette lighter port. It can either bend up or go straight and also has retractable built in cable for charging your phone. Mine is the single cord model but they have dual cord models.
