Did a full wash and detail on the Shelby and went to a car show in Green Bay.
Pretty good turnout with a wide variety of cars represented.
It's been almost 7 years since I purchased my 2019 GT350 and 6 years since the last production run. Today I discovered that the interest and enthusiasm for this car remains strong. Lots of compliments, questions, and respect for what Ford and Ford Performance produced.

Spent some time assembling a complete list of items for my next track day. Purchased a nice Carhart Duffel bag large enough to hold everything needed.

Switched my Steering wheel stripe back to the Anchor Room Race Red. The Blue was not the correct color match and just didn't fit. I'm not trying to be an "R" but the black stripe was just blah and in a practical sense hard to track with the eye.

Removed the Tire Inflation kit from the trunk to make room for more essential things.
The device has an expiration date of 2024. Thinking about purchasing a regular spare tire kit for long trips.

Didn’t realize they had an expiration date.

Yeah, it actually came up on my display at one point. I had to go in and clear the warning. Not sure if the explanation date means anythign, but I don't trust these one time use leak kits.

I did see that in menu. I thought it was more of look at and see if still good. Kind of like the pressure gauge on a fir extinguisher.
But agree, would much prefer a real spare; do a pit the weight savings.

When you look for one, they make specific ones for cars with large brakes. Not sure if they will also go around out GT350 brakes.

Automotive Authority is a source for a spare tire and kit.

Yes, that is the one. Glad to see GT350 listed.

Next is finding a jack.

they do sell complete kits as well with the jack included. I will most likely go that route and add a breaker bar. Was standing on the lug nut wrench (all 140 lbs of me) trying to break the hold on my mazda cx-5 tire a few years back. Don't ever want to do that again...

Yeah, some places like to over torque. Or rust becomes a problem.

Glad to know they have a complete kit; that makes it easy.
