Necro posting to confirm that the OEM liner - UK part number 5338723 - is crap. Received mine from Ford recently and it was packaged tightly rolled up. No amount of weighing it down or heating it up is making it return to proper shape, presumably because the material is so thin and cheap.

WeatherTech or Husky is the way it seems.

I bought the weather tech one. Much better quality and I had a Mach 1 label created to go over the Weather tech emblem

I left mine unrolled and weighted, and used the hair dryer on it - it kept it flat enough to get it in the trunk, and then a few hot days in there finished the job.

I know it’s not the best, but it does the job - it’s not as good as the OE liner in my Kia though …

WeatherTech here. Had it in my 2016 and transferred it over to my 2022. I take it out to clean it a handful of times per season (especially after baseball season), still looks like new.

I bought the Ford trunk liner for my dad for Father’s Day a couple years ago, he loves it and it’s held up well.

Thanks for the suggestion. I've tried everything under the sun (literally!) but it's still nowhere near as flat as yours. I'm guessing that either they changed the material or mine was sat in the back of a warehouse for the last decade.
