Check it out,

Was doing a data log for my tune and when i went to shift the entire clutch pedal lost pressure and fell to the floor.
I couldnt tell what happened but i knewnmy clutch master cylinder at the pedal was going bad so i assumed it went out, recently i replaced it and test drove it around the neighborhood it shifted but it was real grainy getting into gears. It then stopped shifting again. I bled the system numerous times and im still getting this sound at the pedal with no luck of shifting. Im starting to think my Slave cylinder is whats out rather than the clutch master cylinder. Any thoughts?!

DId you use the Ford recommended process for bleeding? Applying vacuum and all that?

Not pressure, you are supposed to apply vacuum to it. And I think you're supposed to pump the clutch pedal a bunch as well. It's been a while since I did it.

If you already did that, you could try gravity bleeding. The hose end at the transmission is easy to remove. Don't step on the pedal with a line disconnected.

So try gravity bleeding from the transmission side instead of the reservoir side?

That's what I was suggesting. Make sure the reservoir is full, disconnect the line at the transmission and let some fluid run out. I wouldn't leave it disconnected for long. If fluid comes out quickly, reconnect quickly. You don't want to empty the master. Then reconnect, fill and see how it's going. Or retry vacuum a few times with lots of pedal pumps.

Ill give that a go and see what happens, im hoping its not TOB but im preparing to drop it to see. Im just jot understanding how it worked with the new master cylinder installed for a very short period and then went out shortly after.

It might have just drained all the fluid out of the clutch master when the brake master had issues. That could make it more difficult to get all the air out of the system.

There really shouldn't be any connection with the brakes as far as damage goes. The clutch and brakes just share a reservoir. Unless there was some issue with the fluid that caused the brake master cylinder problem. But that seems farfetched to me.

When I was doing this on my car, I had to sand down a rubber bung to fit the top of the master cylinder in order to get a good enough vacuum seal. I wasn't able to get much vacuum otherwise.

Sounds like you pushed air into the slave cylinder. You can vacuum it or since the slave sits at an angle up any air is hard to pump out. Jack up the back of the car to change the angle of the slave so the air can get out and pump the hell out of it
