We are putting 2017 GT350 Recaro (not heat/cool and manual seat tracks) into a 2020 GT that does have heated and cooled seats and has power seat adjustment.

The plan is to swap the new 2020 harness on to the 2017 seats.

If we got same harness that’s on the current seats, there would be many connectors we would not need or use for the Recaros.

Do you have any suggestions or insight for getting this to work?

I replied to your DM. I would search for a 2020 gt500 VIN with manual seats (if it exists) Within our catalog the way the data is laid out makes it very difficult this is why we ask for a VIN for something like this. Feel free to reply to the DM with any questions
