Installed The S650 Sideskirts (They are S650 DH Style made for the S550, Not OEM S650 Sideskirts), Keep in mind if anyone does this, you may break your sideskirts like I did, in the rear there are 3 clips on a bracket plastic welded to the bumper and the clips are not forgiving, it takes barely any strength to breao the plastic welds, think of it as velcro, anyways I will be fixing it with a different approach, also one last thing that no video shows but only 1 video mentions of, there are 2 rivets on each sideskirt, holding the bottom black plastic to the painted rocker panel, dumb but  I replaced them with screws and a nut instead, worked perfect and you will break lots of clips, luckily i had 4 left over in good condition on each side and spread them out evenly so did not have any issues with it feeling loose or shaking

**Edit: I Am Trying To Gather As Much Info As Possible To Attempt S650 Interior Swap**

Got Some Good News, I Helped My Buddy Install a Dash Cam In His S650 and It Gave Me a Chance To Confirm What Parts Are Interchangeable, So Far The Little Plastic Panels On The Side of The Center Console Fit The Exact Same and Clip In However S650 Piece Feels Thin, Lighter and Cheaper Plastic, Same For The Scuff Protector Plates, Those Also Fit Perfect But Same Quality, and Then I Took Off The Kick Panel and Didn't Have Time To Confirm But Took a Pic of The Brackets and They Are The Same As The S650 (Orange Mustang is a Pic I Took From a 15' S550 On AmericanMuscle Video), Ran Out of Time To Take Pics of The Door Sills.

Here's An Update On My Sideskirts, I Feel The Older I'm Getting, The More Mature My Taste Is Getting, I Cut My Sideskirt Splitters and Mounted Them Tucked Further In To Get a Cleaner Look, Then Added Some Door Edge Trim To Clean Up The Look, Also Installed and Painted My New Air Design Hood Vents

When I Get To Work Tomorrow I'll Look Up Wiring Diagrams For The S550 and S650 Cluster, So Basically S550, BCM Goes Straight To Gauge Cluster, On S650, BCM Goes To Cluster Module, Then Connects To Actual Digital Cluster Through a Pink Connector, However Connectors Are The Same On The S550 Cluster and S650 Cluster Module Hence Why I'll Provide Wiring

You really don't have to capitalize every single word you type. Only in the beginning of the sentence-it makes your posts surprisingly tough to read.

Sorry For Spamming This Thread But Trying To Keep Everything Organized By Post #, Check The BCM For S550 and S650 and Exact Same BCM, Maybe Different Fuse Layout and Descriptions But Time To Find Out Tomorrow With Wiring Diagrams

**Edit - I'm gonna start ordering parts before everything gets expensive, let the dash swap start**

I think... okay hear me out, the pins do not matter on the cluster, push start etc. Alot of everything at the main bcm is about theoretically the same placement, main harness. So hypothetically if I verify (tomorrow) the wires and pins going in and out of the bcm line up with the s650, theoretically I can swapped the full s650 dash harness into my s550. Door harness should be the same since I had already done s650 door panels and everything fit except the s650 door switch but assuming it has to do with the premium model door card with the abient lighting (not confirmed), so my whole door card is s650 except utilizing my s550 window switch for simply plug and play

You’re definitely making a lot of progress and “firsts” for sure RE: the S550 to S650 parts swap and interchangeability possibilities. Thanks for keeping the updates coming!

I'm finally on lunch right now and gonna compare and take notes but there is one thing that can hinder this swap for manual guys, the parking brake.. I had already thought of this months ago but the placement seems to be the same but we will see

So far I have confirmed rear subframe is identical to s550 and s650, lower spring bucket/arm is different, spindle is different and I believe the lateral and toe links, still researching

First connector dissected, so at the bottom i have s550 and s650 fuse numbers written, those are so i can see in the wiring diagram of what is on and connects to those fuses to kinda match cause most likely its repinned for different features
1000026119.webp

On the left of the pin column is numbers for where that pin corresponds to s650 harness same connector

**edit: quick search... yep duh, contains all the as built data which i forgot with my experience with forscan, I forgot every single system has its own module for example the ipc is data stored/changeable in the instrument cluster.

I'm overworking my brain lmao on like 4 hours of sleep last night from thinking of this swap, so I may keep my s550 bcm because there is a LOT of features obviously that the s650 has that i do not need, main issue being the lighting, s550 has fog lights and turn signals seperate from headlights where s650 does and thats circuits are shared, all i need from the s650 components is to make the dash controls work, only thing outside of the dash swap i need to figure out is:
-lighting
- dash cluster communication to pcm
-abs module (so the abs module is different because of the electronic parking brake, can't delete it cause the bcm will trip out and trying to have this seamlessly oem)**

I need advice, okay so would it make sense to get a s650 bcm and just repin it from the pcm connector that plugs into the bcm, reason why I'm asking is, does the bcm have data and info stored in it, I was under the impression it was only a fuse box or a power distribution box but I'm starting to think it may also be a brain with a chip, stupid question but itll help me better understand the next step.
