Slightly off topic but what tires did you go with? I've got 19x11's with +50 all around and would love to have a 35 height tire vs the 30.
Pilot Super Sport is basically your choice.

Yeah that's what I've been thinking. Either

305/30/19 PS4S. I'm not sure which will perform better.
305/35/19 Pilot Super Sports

The Continentals have served me well, but the price difference on the Michelin's isn't as wide this time around.

Nitto NT555 285/35/19 front 305/35/19 rear.
If I didn't need the treadwear and wet weather capability I'd definitely try out some Nittos or Mickey Thompsons. Good to know though.

Only reason I went with this set-up it because I just bought a new daily driver. Otherwise I wouldn't have gone with the Nittos.

I am gonna guess he has the Nitto 555 G2's which are fine for wet weather and tread life. You're probably thinking of the 555R, which is a drag radial. 555G2 is a decent middle of the road tire in my opinion. Not nearly as good as the Ps4, but not nearly as expensive either. All about what suits your needs best.

There's definitely a lot better options at the same price point as the 555G2. No reason to choose them, honestly...

It has been a couple years since I looked, so obviously options change, but if I remember the 305/35/19 was the one that options were limited. At any rate I am gonna personally go with the Indy 500's this time being that I trashed my inner tread due to an alignment issue.
