Looking at just the GT350 rear seats. So get rid of the rear seat delete and add GT350 rear seats to my R.Rear seats, front seats, both?

All weight adds up but if you are not a serious track star the performance loss is probably zero. If it is, pop the seats out they are not bolted in.Thinking about adding GT350 seats to my R and now thinking about the added weight. Anyone’s guess what weight it will add and how much performance would be lost due to this weight?
So a total of 75.7 lbs? The total GT350 rear seat kit? Would that do anything on performance?
Okay thanks. I’d like to track it, but also I bet my young nieces and nephews want to ride in it so that’s why I’m going to install rear seats. Just didn’t want A huge performance loss due to the weight.Any lost weight is a good thing but Measurable performance? No.
So the consensus is to put the back seats that it won’t make a difference.I've gotten my fastest lap times with a passenger in the car... less weight is good, but most of us aren't nearly good enough to consistently take advantage of that kind of weight difference.
You mean the loss of weight at wheels is bigger impact than adding 35lbs back in for the rear seats?GT350 VS GT350R
Specification GT350 GT350R
Weight 3,760 lbs 3,662 lbs
0-60 Time 4.1 seconds 3.9 seconds
Quarter Mile Time 12.4 seconds 12.1 seconds
So the CF wheels are supposed to be good for 60lbs of the 98lbs of weight difference. That weight is at wheels which will have a much bigger impact than the other 38-40lbs of the rear seat delete.
