I recently upgraded my low mile (1250 miles) 2019 GT suspension. I have the Struts, Springs, Shocks and Sway Bars available. What I'd like to know is if this would be an upgrade for an Ecoboost base?

there's a rumor the EB spring rates are lower (at least in front) but assembly-wise no, not an upgrade. The GT PerfPack fronts are somewhat beneficial. The PP1 rears are definitely not worth bothering with.

Not worth the hassle of someone to switch out for an improvement. Maybe of value for someone reverting to stock for a tradein or who has damaged/worn out their stock parts.

That's what I was thinking. Thanks for the reply.
