I think it’s a cool car, I wouldn’t go out and buy one because it’s a “mustang” while I don’t have the attachment to the heritage like others (it’s just a car to me) I do think they should’ve called it something else.

OK, maybe its the Grabber Blue but the GT actually looks pretty good.
The thing doesn't look bad IMO. It looks to be a good SUV.... But it's not a mustang.... And it seems any hope of news about the TRUE mustang is not happening....

This may actually be worse than a Probe Mustang. It's next level retarded.

Ok cgi now..
When they started that part I was really hoping one the S550s was going to be an electric one, but instead it was just a CGI SUV.

All this BS about the "future" is getting me nervous.... Is the mustang going to be 4 door SUVs from now on? And that half hearted comment about always making the 2 door car doesn't count....
i hope... hope... what it means is this brings more money into the company and they use it to develop the S650 and future mustangs after that.

just went on fords website and well the cars a joke in terms of performance.

most of them are 0 to 60 in mid six seconds
Extended battery is 0 to 60 in mid 5

and the “GT” is only saying under 4 seconds so just like a real performance pack GT.

base starts at 43000
GT starts at 60000

so yeah not a performance bargain considering what a real mustang GT base price starts at

I just watched the debut. What a shame to call that thing a Mustang. And, on top of that, to introduce a GT version. :crying:

I just got through watching the live feed and they said that Ford Performance got involved. That's probably why they took so long bringing out the GT500, they were screwing around with this, uh car. !!

just watched the reveal and the live chat. damn near unanimous no one is impressed with the car and most hate it. I didn't like the pictures and now that I have seen it live and moving I like it even less it is an ugly suv. This is gonna be the Ford Probe all over again. And not to mention the top one s 60k and that switch out the long range option or rear wheel option. these things are gonna be over priced and ugly and I foresee them lasting a very short time till canceled due to low sales. Heck even the live audience there seemed unimpressed and the ford people struggled to describe it. Kept switching between calling it a suv and a car.

And the first mod on every mach e owners list will be.... replacing that solid grill with a real one. with a normal grill it will look much better than that shield looking flat whatever that is.
