In my former PP1 I lived in Sport+. So far really liking the PP2 in Sport+. My PP1 was an '18 and this engine felt stronger on the way home with under 100 miles on it. It also seems like Sport+ makes a bigger throttle response improvement. Maybe placebo effect, or the reduced weight of my wallet.
I think a difference between PP1 and PP2 that not many think about is the difference in tire sizes. A PP1 with stock 275/40/19 has 27.66" rear tires. A PP2 with stock 305/30/19 has 26.2" rear tires. That would equate a 3.73 rear gear on a PP1 to about a 3.94 gear on the PP2.

2018 stock vs stock, my PP2 will pull a friend's PP1. We've tried it from a dig and a roll. We've even switched cars now. The only thing we can come up with is the difference in tires is enough to make an overall difference in effective gearing.

Not to mention from a dig, the Pilot Cups have a lot more traction....if you are still using them. If you are not you would most likely see an even greater difference in your tests.

Nope, I swapped out Bridgestones before it left the dealer. He's still on the stock Michelins. Even though I've got over an inch more rubber to the pavement, I can't leave that much harder than him. But I will pull him in every gear even though he can run out each gear a little more than me.

Never thought of that. Thanks!
Hopefully this one's just a freak.

Anybody know what the diameters of the PP2 sway bars are or what the part numbers are for the springs?
I saw the Ford Racing spring and sway bar kit for MagnaRide equipped cars and was wondering what the difference would between it and the PP2 springs and sway bars.

Has anyone gone to a 305/35 on the PP2?

Speaking of which...anybody swap 3.73 gears in their PPL2 car to a 4.09 or 4.56? How do you like?

Anyone know if 325/30/19 will work? Mainly concerned about rubbing on the fronts when turning the wheels.

PP2 only need the springs from the FRKit.
