Ordered these today from RockAuto.
I think I'm gonna do the same darn thing. I was actually working with EBC on a project for their Red pads for our car, but that trail went cold and the communication stopped. Getting annoying. Time to move on to something else.

Keep us updated on how much brake dust these produce compared to stock pads.

I'm not new to these pads. I installed them on my HC which put out as much brake dust as my R. I also installed the Z26 pads on my wife's Vette. In both cases after performing propper brake pad seating, dusting is almost non-existent. My wife's Vette had terrible low speed brake squeal before the change to Z26's as well. Now my initial observations between the performance difference is that the OEM Brembos on the HC had a little more intial bite compared to the Z26's but other wise I didn't notice a difference in the stopping power of that Fat Cat. Driving a HC was like being a yacht captain either way.

^^this^^ almost no dust and for the street no noticeable difference in performance.

Interesting, I have never ever heard this term before related to window tint. Can you elaborate? (I’ll google it too)

Hahahahahhaha!
After some research, I gathered that ceramic wasn’t meant to stretch to conform to curved glass. When ceramic is stretched it causes the tint to look gray at certain angles and it is referred to as ghosting according to the tint community. Also, I guess since the ceramic is made with metallic material it could cause bad cellphone reception.

Ultimately, I wanted to be able to see clearly from the outside and it look dark from the outside. I know that crystalline didn’t have the best heat rejection from practical test but that doesn’t bother me. I was more concerned with the aesthetics and visibility from the interior.

Looks great in the pictures. Does it need to be installed on a lift? Is it the same color and texture of the factory chin spoiler? Is it actually functional? Are you happy with the quality and the ultimate look installed?
