  1. Motor seized - what would you put in?

Aluminator seems to be the way to go if you're not trying to boost to crazy levels and keep it reliable.
  2. Mach One front end? On 15-17.

I'm interested in ordering one of these to freshen up the front end of my car. What do you think of the overall quality and have you installed it yet?
  3. 2015 Mustang Built engine for boost

Aluminator shortblock is probably the safest bet in that power range and doesn't break the bank.
  4. Roush P2. Pulley down and TB - conflicting advice. Lund tuned

I'd probably stick with your tuner's advice. Adding more boost safely on pump gas is sketch.
  5. FYI: Every Single Part in the FP Timing Chain Kit is "STOCK" 5.0 parts, Some Look Used?

I don’t believe they have a kit with all the “high performance” parts like they do for the gen 2. I mentioned this earlier already that your part number only includes the standard components.
  6. FYI: Every Single Part in the FP Timing Chain Kit is "STOCK" 5.0 parts, Some Look Used?

Isn't the M-6004-A5018 just the standard components? Seems like an easy return if it's within the 30 day purchase window. I recently ordered the M-6004-A5015B but this for Gen2
  7. 15-17 Whipple 3.0 looking for 800 on e85 - what pulley?

I think I was making around 814whp on e85 on the older gen3 Whipple with the 3.5" pulley about 5 years ago. I'd imagine that would be easier to hit and surpass on these newer ones.
  8. Mmr rotating assembly any good?

If you're looking to make really big power in a reliable package, just go with a reputable builder like FFRE, TKM, RPG, etc since they have legit programs so you don't have to deal with the homework and headaches.
  9. Center Dash Not Aligned

Either you live with it looking janky every time you glance at it or you utilize your warranty and have it all replaced and fixed.
  10. KPM Fuel Systems

I remember seeing their old kit a long time ago but was it a reputable kit? The Aussie guys seem to do huge power platforms really well so I’m interested in what this upcoming kit can do vs the usual Fore triple 285s
  11. Additional parts/mods beyond built short block

Yeah I ended up ordering FFRE Stage 3 block the other day. Hopefully can get it put in and buttoned up before the end of the year. I don't think you could go wrong with TKM either though. Their program seems pretty legit. These two builders were at the top of my list to go for.
  12. Additional parts/mods beyond built short block

Thanks guys, I’ll go ahead and order these and get started on this build. Probably will need some random gaskets/seals here and there but I believe this is the bulk of misc additional components I should get. If i have time and will to, I’ll continue this thread on over to the Member...
  13. Additional parts/mods beyond built short block

I've been running in the 750-800whp range for maybe 6 years now on the Gen3 2.9L Whipple. What I was hoping whenever I do convert to twin turbo, it would be roughly the same whp on wastegate.... then turn up boost for events (half way up for funny business on the streets). I'd be happy for a...
  14. Additional parts/mods beyond built short block

Cool okay, I’ll add those to my list. It’s these little things I’m afraid I’ll miss or have to order after the fact. I'm still debating if the TKM 5.2 Predator is "enough" or just over build and go for a sleeved Coyote.
  15. Additional parts/mods beyond built short block

Hey all, I’m about to order a built short block for my 2015 Mustang GT and was wondering what else you guys would recommend/suggest to complete the build? I’m shooting for ~1250whp whenever I convert to twin turbo, just prepping to the motor to handle it for the longer run. I have billet OPG...
