What intake manifold? Holley sniper or 2018

Trying to decide what i take manifold to get for my 2017 GT, currently Na. What intake manifold do you recommend Holley Sniper or 2018 manifold? I can get a used holley sniper for about the same price as a 2018 manifold.

I asked Lund their recommendation between a Holley Sniper, 2018, or GT350 manifold.

They recommended the 18 the most. Said it performs 99% as good as the GT350 for a fraction of the price. They recommended me to steer clear of Holley manifolds because many have fitment issues and leak. That being said, there's a few people on here running them without issue, and they look the best hands down IMO.

I went 2018 manifold.

CJ > ALL especially if staying NA.

I have the Sniper. Fit nice, looks good. I only put down 418 on e85 (Lund) with an auto. I wasn't trying for a max effort NA deal, since I'll have a procharger at some point. I'm going to dyno Lund and PBD tunes back to back soon to see who has it figured out better.

we have had happy customers with all the intakes. the holly is by far the coolest looking, but all perform well and we keep them all in stock

I went with the BOSS. For looks and in case I add a pro-charger when funds are available. If it looks like I am going to stay NA for the long haul I may switch to the CJ, but I am happy right now with the performance I am getting with my FF tune.

where did you happen to find the foam to try to seal the jlt to the hood?

It is not ported at this time. The trim piece came with the JLT kit.

ok thank you , looking for a way to seal my pmas box which is like identical to my hood that gave me a idea
