The local Ford dealer trying to tempt me

Salesman at the local ford Dealer sent me this pic today trying to get me on the lot.. i'm still negotiating with the wife to justify trading in a 2 yr old car with 3300 miles.. she just doesn't understand

Is that Ruby Red? It looks amazing in that pic.

I'll give those rims a pass.

I did the same thing on my order. Unfortunately when I traded that car in there were only a few Guards left in CA and the new one has holes.

I've noticed that guard is not very well represented and as such it's been getting some extra love lately. Just yesterday a guy was asking me if I wanted to sell it and stated that he loves the color.

Yup - That's a deal breaker for me.

The wheels would be dealbreaker to me. They look absolutely horrible, I can't imagine they look good on any color

We don't even have front plates, but all too often, the dealer will still drill out the front plate mounting holes, just to put on their ad plate. addle:

That color and wheels reminds some of a Camaro.

I'm with your wife though. I don't understand why either? It's marginal upgrade from a 15-17. I test drove one last week. I didn't walk away feeling like I wanted or needed it.
