I love watching that show fixer upper where they buy homes in Waco, TX for amazingly low prices!

Seems like you get a lot of house for the money there. Although I know nothing about Texas or what exactly is surrounding that area

Time will tell how durable this stuff is, but it's very comfortable. Harbor Freight anti-fatigue matting, 8 2x' squares for $20.

Also got this magnetic shop/paper towel holder, it is two pieces so I'm probably going to get another one to use for hanging extension cords on the sides of my gladiator cabinets.

Oh yeah...don't mind the pink toolbox. That's something my girlfriend brought over to hang picture frames and stuff while I was moving in. It has seemed to never leave.

Nice houses indeed. The above is the very reason I will never post pictures of anything online. My buddy had this happen to him. He was away at a meeting and a group came in and stole a few things and destroyed the windows in his cars just for fun. The police caught the guys and they said that they were able to track where he lived based on the pictures that he posted on some forums. Firepower, guard dogs, 8 foot fences, and security cameras help but criminals are getting quite savvy when it comes to getting past them.

I just bought this house three weeks ago from one of my Mustang GT customers ;)

He is a gear head and built a really nice, insulated 2400 sq ft warehouse on the property.

Here's a shot taken this morning after a light snow storm last night.

I lucked out, as it already has an automotive lift, so it's pretty much move-in ready, lol.

If my wife every kicks me out, I'm 100% content living in the warehouse.

It was built in 2006, so we've had some maintenance to take care of, but overall we got a steal.

Luckily for us, we're living in a small town where land is VERY CHEAP, so what we spent here for a 2.5 acre property....would cost a fortune in more expensive areas of the country.
