So looks like the lovely lady from Ford AU spun me a little story on Monday over the phone. I've just had confirmation from the dealership that the car is in fact NOT currently in the NT, and is still sitting in Adelaide. My dealer has advised me to allow at least 14 days for delivery.

Visited my Everest supplying dealer (having towbar fitted after holdup with wiring harness). Ford Mustang convertible on display and a demonstrator vehicle!!! Confirmed with the sales manager. It is an ecoboost in black

At the dealer roadshow FoA representative answering a direct question that batch one customers would be supplied before any dealer demonstrators were delivered as there are 239 dealers across Aus and the intent was that customers with signed contracts before March 6th date should not miss out.

Ford Australia couldn't lie straight in bed. They have treated the enthusiast early customers with contempt and distain

They accidentally shipped all the GTs with Black wheels & for Ford to put the nickel one's on for those who ordered it, took some time. But people have started getting Deliveries of GT now!!

Corsa Axle back is heaps louder than stock....no lighter but 10kg won't make too much difference (its equivalent to gaining 2hp) ...Ill be doing a AB purely for decent sound.

Sounds much deeper and nicer than stock btw the JBA, well done...

He would have been better off putting some of that money into an alternative front number plate mounting solution.

Go the full catback....then Greg will know when you are on your way home.....Corsa's are virtually as heavy as stock, even as a catback....the axle back is probably heavier....

Prob is I don't like the Sport (bit raspy) Love the touring sound though....Still not decided, may still go a full ARH Catback. Greg's bloody moving lol, couldnt handle two stangs in the street...

My two choices so far....It will be one of these two ..
