Is there some kind of filter, mesh, or grill that protects water from getting into the front hood scoops?

This looks awesome... I'm going to have to wait for the CAD to fair a bit better relative to the USD before I buy this, but it's something I definitely want!

No it is completely open. If you daily drive it with allot of rain in your area, I guess that would be a concern some what. I would think with the opening thought, should help for keeping the motor cooler.

Car looks great! I have to ask though, how does it feel to drive a 1400hp GTR? I know how it feels with my Paxton. I can't imagine 800 more horse power.

Car looks great! I have to ask though, how does it feel to drive a 1400hp GTR? I know how it feels with my Paxton. I can't imagine 800 more horse power.

The pull is amazing. It will put a smile on your face every time you lay into it. With a blower our cars are hard to hook 1st gear, but imagine how your second gear pull feels. That is how my GTR pulls in 5th gear in 150mph range. I have her setup on 32#s right now and it hooks very well for 3.8 second 60-130 pulls. A blast to say the least.

Beautiful Car Bad GTR! I love it. Can I ask a couple questions:

The lighting is not real good - I presume the car is Black. Right? And the Big Worm Stripes are Matte Black. Did you have any issue with the Big Worm stripes fitting the Cervini Hood? I know the Big Worm kits are all pre-cut for the stock hood and the Cervini must have different dimensions for the total length front to back. How did you get it to fit? Did Big Worm cut a custom length or something?

Black car, black matte stripes. Just ordered the extra stripes for the hood in the normal hood size from Big Worm and trim them were needed.

I see that you have the Cervini rear pedestal spoiler. How was the fit and finish of the spoiler when you got it? Did you have the spoiler painted by them? If so, how was the quality of the paint job? Lastly, how was the install process? Was it simple?
