Do our mustang get the subwoofer?????

I don't think we get the Shaker Pro with the subwoofer. I suspect this is a Shaker system with 9 speakers.

Yep and, as we know, the cars come with the inbuilt space for the subwoofer if we are ever able to get our hands on one of them. I actually asked Deysha about the possibility of importing the exact subwoofer they install there down the track in a recent PM on another matter. Will be interested in the response. Very disappointed we weren't at least given the option of the full premium sound system, ala the UK market.

I don't think that not getting the Shaker Pro is such a bad thing as a lot of people in the US swap out the factory sub-woofer and/or change the factory in car speakers as well, to get a better sound. You can always add a quality aftermarket sub-woofer and amp (+/- change the other speakers) in order to get a way better sound system than the the Shaker Pro system is.

The options lists never made sense anyway.

We don't get coloured seats, the UK do. It's a stupid oversight and us first orders should have been rewarded with more options rather than introducing more options down the track.

I think that's the standard tactic from them.
First offer no option.
As sales weakens, they will try to up the sales by offering all sorts of options.
And then come facelift to prolong the lifespan of that model.
After that brand new model.

I know, I know.

But consider the alternative: early adopters having more customisation options to make the cars extra special.

Kindof like a proper way of doing the silly "UCL Winners" thing that happened in the UK.

Then do the normal model run, then as sales start to dwindle re-introduce other optional features.

TBH the mustang with it's low volume, "sold out till 2017" should have just been offered with options for all the fruit from the start, the one size fits all approach is stupid when you can customise your 3 series BMW to your heart's content.

It's difficult for sales to weaken if there's demand outstripping supply. Whoever did the market analysis for Oz cocked up completely.

Love your enthusiasm and passion Brian. First world problems and all but I want it all dammit! Yes, the sweet growl of the V8, particularly once enhanced with some exhaust mods, is the true star of the show.
