Ford actually does not help with our aftermarket support, and the same goes for the other 2 of the domestic automakers. If you think about it, it is quite the conflict of interest.

The tuning logic will monitor the sensors that are reading the fuel quality live and adapt on-the-fly accordingly. It is all due to us having more access to the ECM w/our proprietary software.

I can assure you that there are very very few Ford vehicles especially that share parts like you think. The only time that you see parts ported over from car to car is when they share a platform. Even then, it is not every part nor is it every vehicle. Take the Taurus and Explorer for example, they are almost the exact same vehicle. Even they do not have a ton of shared parts.

I'm curious what these sensors measure, and how. Do they somehow determine the octane of the fuel mix, even if it consists of different gasoline octanes and E85?

How long are you running the deal? I'm just up in Berkley, could I come down and get the same deal? Are you guys open on the weekend?

Here you go guys, sorry for the wait!

As you can see the additional octane from E85 irons out a small wrinkle in a normal 93 tune. Not that there are any rough spots, but if you look at the top of the RPM band there is like a 1-2whp bump that is far deadened in the E85 tune. There are also a couple plateaus in the 93 tune where the E85 tune is able to create power in its place. So it is not just the additional power that you guys should zero in on, but it is the places where the tune will add capabilities! This will take valuable ticks off of your passes as well as add some joy to your DD!
Great, thanks for posting! I will get another dyno down down the road for more comparisons.

Just a wild guess... It could be a spectrometer or similar device to identify chemical compounds and then have the computer adjust accordingly.

How are the injectors handling the e85? I was thought they couldn't support the extra flow needed.

With this revolution to easy e85 fueling, I can't wait for spring. I would really like to see what I'm gonna make with my current setup.

The entire fueling system is capable of living just fine with E85 in it. There has been extensive testing done to test and verify this fact.

Awesome guess on how it's done! Unfortunately, we cannot tell you exactly how we are able to pull this off. Partly because it is proprietary in nature, and partly because it will help some of the others that cannot do this safely. It takes a large investment to discover, test and produce something like this.

Great, thanks for posting! I will get another dyno down down the road for more comparisons.
Thanks! You know that we do not shy from posting what is safely possible!

You can get our tuner at any time that works for you! We are open 9-6 M to F and 9-1 on Sat!

@Livernois Motorsports Do you have a baseline number for that vehicle on 93 w/o a tune?
We have posted several graphs of stock pulls in the past year. The magic of the S550 is that they are extremely consistent in their stock production.

Yep. I had to put a stop to the '390 bone stock coyote is normal myth'

Can you direct us to where to find stock graphs? I'm interested in the total gains from stock/Livernois 93 tuned/Livernois E85 tuned.

Thanks again!

Depending on what dyno, I don't think it's much of a myth. From what I've seen, the Manual cars on a Dynojet come in around 390ish

Sure it is. Just look on Youtube for stock dyno 2015 Mustang.
