That is quite interesting, ÂŁ10k for 670 BHP, I hope the uk dealers offer this from ford. With warranty it'll take a lot of beating.

I would option the supercharger in a heartbeat.

Found this online..
I believe this may be the New Zealand Ford Dealer price list?

May be very similar to what we may get here.
Thanks for that link, wow them prices $600 for a strut tower brace, which can easily be bought for half that price and $7,734 for the TSW Bathursts thats almost criminal. Nice to have options though!

Re: the supercharger, on Jay Leno's Garage the other day they had John Hennessey showing off their supercharged Mustang...

He reckoned they could slap the supercharger on without any other internals or exhaust changes and still see a huge power increase.

That sounds awesome to me - a car that looks and sounds completely stock but could blow the doors off most others on the road!

Oh dear lordy lord, and that doesn't include any exhaust work by the look of it OR the carbon body kit, so a complete Hennessey kit is about the price of the car on top of the car! eeba!

Oh well, there goes that idea :brokenheart:

I'm keen on a supercharger and waiting to see what pricing Ford au comes up with for the Roush/Ford racing SC.At the $12k-$15k that has been thrown around I'm in.Any more than that and I'll look at importing...and lose warranty.

Ford Au are working on a supercharger kit that will be available through Ford Dealers, they are working on a tune to suit out climate and fuel quality together with emission compliance. Estimated price at this stage will be around $15k fitted with remaining power train and vehicle warranty intact, internal document has been released to all dealers informing them. It will be Ford Racing parts and kit, so time will tell and will just wait and see. :) :D

Just thought i'd bump this as in the latest Wheels mag they talk about Herrods looking after the Ford Racing Performance parts.

This would make sense for the installing of the FPR supercharger... i wouldn't want a ford service tech to trim bits off the block to fit the Supercharger intake...I'd prefer someone that has experience for this.. (i watched the 1hr long CJ pony install on the supercharger, worth watching if you are interested)

but a dealer is capable of the other easy bits to install.

I hope this isn't the road Ford Au is going to take, it would be nice for the dealer to supply and fit these parts at a reasonable price...

if it's going to Harrods first then the dealer, no one in there right mind is going to buy it...

I read in the exhaust forum that the slightly modified ADR compliant FPR cat back install from Harrods was $4500!!! no one will pay that... i haven't done the prices but i would imagine you could have a USA FPR catback to your door for half the price from the states.

some of you guys have already, so if you can post up what u paid for a FPR cutback exhaust.
