Anyone know the difference between both? They seem to be the same material.

RPI's is like $50 and the AM's are $130.

Anyone have a good honest review? Thanks.

I have the RPI guards and they're shit. Would not buy again if they paid me, in fact I'd say the universal DIY guards some guys have made are probably better. The rears screws don't stay in and the fronts don't align without some serious finessing.

RPI is aware of this and doesn't really care. There are threads about it if you search.

I can't speak to the AM ones, but don't buy the RPI guards.

Olla - Good question and I can confirm that they're definitely not made by RPI.

We have varying reviews on them but from the couple sets that I had sent out on good faith to members here they scored pretty well!

Take a look below and don't hesitate to let me know if you're to have any questions and the product page can be found Right Here.

I bought the RPI splash guards and did not care for them. I made one simple call to RPI and they gladly refunded my money, I have bought other items from them and had nothing but great service......and yeah, I put on generics and they are better than anything else....I hope someone eventually makes a decent molded one, I would buy them in a heartbeat!

I have the RPI splash guards. It's not the best. Need to do some modification and buy some extra parts to make it work. Front driver side holes was off a little. I had to buy square plastic nuts for the rears just so the screws have a solid mount. Without it, it will not stay on.

I had the RPI ones, sent them back and bought the AM ones which are vastly better and very overpriced. I only bought them as I had to have them traveling up a gravel road often.

Zero - Thanks for the kind comments here. I'm happy to hear that you're happy with their quality as opposed to RPI's and I'm hearing you on the pricing.

At the end of the day if anyone's looking to get a set I am more than happy to work with each and everyone of you guys to get quotes set up with the best pricing possible.

I can't have a group buy set up but I'm sure I could make it worth shooting a few PM's back and forth.

Don't hesitate to let me know if anyone has any questions, I'm here to help.

Hey Alex, I am seeing that the full set is $129 and back in stock. Will you be able to discount them a bit? I read a few threads were guys were pretty upset with the RPI ones and the lack of customer support from them. Maybe they can jump ship to you guys but I think the price is high as well.

Thanks OySmallFry.

Oh, and the Push Button decals are awesome by the way man. I ordered some like a month ago and they are way cooler looking in person and the quality is outstanding

$130? LOL, no way. The RPIs don't fit unless you modify them, true, but they are $50. That's even too much, but until something molded comes out, I'd go with RPI, or just modify some universals, before I spent $130 on some friggin flat plastic mud flaps.

Yeah.. i had the same thought. Coming from the Subaru world, you can get THICK badass rally style flaps for ~$100. The offerings out are pretty weak now

Of course, then i started thinking what it would take to DIY some quality flaps, haha. I bet i could source some thick black polyurethane and better mounting hardware for this style.

I'd love some low profile molded guards, but that would required more resources than i have at my fingertips at the moment.
