I have the RPI guards and they're shit. Would not buy again if they paid me, in fact I'd say the universal DIY guards some guys have made are probably better. The rears screws don't stay in and the fronts don't align without some serious finessing.Anyone know the difference between both? They seem to be the same material.
RPI's is like $50 and the AM's are $130.
Anyone have a good honest review? Thanks.
Olla - Good question and I can confirm that they're definitely not made by RPI.Anyone know the difference between both? They seem to be the same material.

I bought the RPI splash guards and did not care for them. I made one simple call to RPI and they gladly refunded my money, I have bought other items from them and had nothing but great service......and yeah, I put on generics and they are better than anything else....I hope someone eventually makes a decent molded one, I would buy them in a heartbeat!I have the RPI guards and they're shit. RPI is aware of this and doesn't really care. There are threads about it if you search.
I can't speak to the AM ones, but don't buy the RPI guards.
Zero - Thanks for the kind comments here. I'm happy to hear that you're happy with their quality as opposed to RPI's and I'm hearing you on the pricing.I had the RPI ones, sent them back and bought the AM ones which are vastly better and very overpriced. I only bought them as I had to have them traveling up a gravel road often.
Hey Alex, I am seeing that the full set is $129 and back in stock. Will you be able to discount them a bit? I read a few threads were guys were pretty upset with the RPI ones and the lack of customer support from them. Maybe they can jump ship to you guys but I think the price is high as well.At the end of the day if anyone's looking to get a set I am more than happy to work with each and everyone of you guys to get quotes set up with the best pricing possible.
Alex
Hey Olla - Drop me a PM with the email address that you use with us and I'm happy to have a quote set up for you.Hey Alex, I am seeing that the full set is $129 and back in stock. Yes, price seems high. I do like them and only got them by winning a contest. lol$130? LOL, no way.
Yeah.. i had the same thought. Coming from the Subaru world, you can get THICK badass rally style flaps for ~$100. The offerings out are pretty weak now$130? LOL, no way. The RPIs don't fit unless you modify them, true, but they are $50. That's even too much, but until something molded comes out, I'd go with RPI, or just modify some universals, before I spent $130 on some friggin flat plastic mud flaps.
