If you guys ever do some road trips I'm down. I currently do drives with this car group (Northwest Car & Driving Enthusiasts) on Meetup.com. The last drive I went on with them was from Sedro-woolly to Winthrop, best driving experience ever. Since then, I've upgrade my wheels & tires and I can't wait to do another drive!

Nothing but love for us S197 guys here! LOL. I'm still waiting to see a bunch of S550's at our local dragstrips (Pacific Raceways in Kent and Bremerton Raceway). Gotta represent! And, we have so many great back roads through the Cascades, that a group road trip is in order!

Back in 2004 I went to pacific raceway and I only got 2 runs in a 3 hour period and the second time I went it was the same way so I stopped going. Then I moved back to Houston and went to Baytown 1/4, HMP 1/8 and Hennessy 1/4 out in Katy, TX. Went down the strip so many times in one night that my pockets were over flowing with time slips. I really hope it has changed.

Im in maple valley, I took my gt500 to pacific raceway the last 4 years for mustang week, but the new GT probably wont see the track its more of a cruiser.
