I have no issues with waiting or getting bad news on delays ..... but FFS keep the customer informed. I don't want to read it on a forum first.

For Ford Australia to not provide ANY communication with their customers is just unacceptable no matter which way you look at it. For customers to have to resort to sharing "self help" on your Mustang progress via a forum is just a joke.

The fact that Ford USA Customer Service (an oxymoron I have come to appreciate) has been our only avenue to any level of info on our production progress is ... well :censored:... FFS Ford !!!

Done it, just got angrier.....they are more informed on the latest developments with the basket weavers and quilters guild....they will give you some slick garbage about nothing....they are all practising politicians....five hundred words and twenty different ways not to answer your questions....:frusty::headbonk:addle:......dont do it....you will regret it.

If my memory serves me correctly (and it probably doesn't), that original email from Ford AU said something like "and we will keep you informed". Geez, I just regurgitated lunch! :barf:

That will be more satisfying...and productive.
As we are now well and truly into the warmer weather, I am finding that large amounts of cooled ethanol based beverages are assisting with reducing the pain of waiting.....mostly by substituting it with another type of pain....:cheers:
