Just curious if anyone has reached the limits on their EB yet and when it went?

I never got why some people get embarrassed about blowing a motor.... I'm like "shit i threw a rod and my block looks like someone took a sledge hammer to it'' lol

I can name 5 off the top of my head, not a single one with my tune on it though :).

Most tuners don't want their names attached to a blown motor. People will hear that it blew up and assume it was a poor tune. I don't think it's necessarily good practice because sometimes the community can glean information from knowing what happened, but alas, everyone would rather be secretive and protect their street cred.

I totally get that but without that info will never know the "ticking time bomb" point for our stock motors.... For instance on a stock block 5.0 (foxbody) the general rule of thumb is 450rwhp is that point due to the 2 bolt main. But ive seen 600rwhp on a stock block make a good amount of passes without going boom. Would i tell someone this is safe? HELL NO! But i have seen it done.

That's why I said that I didn't think it was good practice to keep it all a secret. Adam can answer more in detail, but the stock limit you'd want to push max is around 450 whp. 425 whp is a good safe number on a BT car.

Justin didn't bend a rod, you might be thinking of Jason.

This is Adam, formerly of MAPerformance. We parted ways so I can focus on tuning 100% moving forward.
