yes it's only been 3 weeks since I ordered the car but it is now on an indefinite hold and they won't give me an ETA. could be days, weeks, months....

Heard back from Deysha (You're amazing! :hail and turns out it was delivered today! Dealer said it should be available for pickup tomorrow! If everything looks good with the car, I should be bringing home my new baby.

Called the VOPC and got the rail car number #ETTX908152 . VOPC had said it was in Boston as of noon today. Called CSX but can't figure out what the initials of the car are supposed to be.

Guys please remember that is a dealer only number. I know the excitement is real, but please refrain from calling them.

Strange, no updates from Deysha since car built last Wednesday and I don't any see updates from her today on the forum. :shrug:

What would cause my status to change from "awaiting shipment" to "on hold"? Trying to find more from my dealer but they may not be able to find out.

Your vehicle was not released for shipment, ManBearPig. Any holds/delays at the plant are proprietary information. It should get released soon.

Where has Deysha been? I haven't seen her post at all this week. Waiting to hear back from her. I'm probably going to just call Ford to find out if mine shipped yet.

Thanks for the update Deysha, sorry to hear that you had a family emergency and I hope it's not too serious and everything is better!

I was afraid mine hadn't been released from the plant yet but after my last Mustang's build quality (or should I say lack of quality) I would rather this one be better build quality so I don't mind if it takes longer to be delivered because they address any issues at the plant prior to releasing it. I'm still driving my 15 Mustang so it's not such a bad wait this time.

My car is in Benicia as well! The dealer is saying he should have it sometime between Tuesday and Thursday. Looks like a road trip next weekend!

My car made it to the final rail yard and is waiting for a truck to pick it up and deliver it to the dealer. New EDD is 10/12.

I bet that means mine did too! Will you PM me your train car number and who your dealer is? We can compare delivery times! My dealer is on the SW side of Ft. Worth.
