Stripe poll for magnetic GT

Just bought my exhaust, moving on to stripes now!

First of all some questions.

1) Is this something EVERYONE prebuys as a kit? You cant go to any shop and they'll use their own vinyl?
2) What's my cheapest option as someone in Canada? Big worm graphix still?
3) Live in vancouver, BC. Might go down to washington state if it's cheaper to get stripes installed there. Anyone from that area know any good places?

Going with narrow dual with pinstripes, really love the gt350 style. Want orange or red pinstripes for the contrast. White is a bit overdone for me. Plus I can match the orange/red and plastidip the side emblems the same color, and maybe the lip of wheels too.

I'm thinking gloss black GT350 stripes with matte black pinstripe or no pinstripe.. Still pondering so I won't be getting them for at least 6-8 months lol

Why pinstripes? Why not just Matte Black solid stripes?

I didn't much care for most of the prepackaged stuff & have a local shop doing a custom one for me @ about the same price. Also, matte stripes can be a huge PITA to care for - they get soiled (tree sap, bird poop, water marks etc.) easy & are just as easy to ruin when you try to clean them + wax will make them look like arse.

Having mine done in 3M 1080 Satin Black (S12) - not too dull, not too shiny - but can be waxed/sealed which will make caring for them much more livable.

Why pinstripes? Why not just Matte Black solid stripes?

too stealthy for me. want the car to be a bit flashier if i'm being completely honest.

I personally think Deep Impact Blue stripes look awesome with Magnetic. I spec'd my pipe dream GT350 that way.

went with the roush. had barely any complaints which is amazing for the price. wanted mbrp street but can't deal with the tone at higher rpms. the raspy flappy sound. there's also a huge thread about how people don't like that just started after i changed my mind. dodged a bullet i think.

might get an mbrp race or quad tips in the future, but i'll probably like the roush.

edit: yeah the gt350 magnetic with blue stripes is one of the ones that i've seen videos of. I like it for sure, but it also doesn't seem flashy enough for me lol.

I like this and would love to see it! If you really had to go with a color, I'd go with red pin stripes. Especially if you do red brake calipers. I just think of coordinating, not having too many colors getting too busy. Now if you kept it all magnetic, black and orange, that wouldn't be bad either. Red is just easier and much more available.
