For once in my auto history, I'm trying to map out my end goal and work towards it.

Aside from doing all support drivetrain mods that I KNOW I'll need, I'm curious if there is any tuner options that can be used for the end goal of Whipple charging? It would be nice if I can still pull some extra power along the way, if it's feasible.

Thoughts?

Already in progress. But while I have the side funds, I'm slowly knocking out the supporting items.

You can go with a custom tuned Lund Racing nGauge or SCT device now and use that with the Whipple down the line.

All you'd need to do when you get the Whipple is pay an upgrade fee for the remote tuning datalogging services which is $250.00. Then you'll be all set.

Give me a call if you have any questions and I'll be glad to assist you.

Thanks, Jared

How does the Lund Tune compare to Whipple in terms of safety and reliability?

How does the Lund Tune compare to Whipple in terms of safety and reliability?
Both tunes are very reliable and safe. Whipple has a ton of money and time wrapped up into their cal and has been getting a lot of great feedback on the forums from new owners.

The Lund Racing tune has also gotten excellent feedback and is suited for street driving as well as optimum performance for the track where the Whipple cal is a little more on the conservative side.

Either way you go you won't be let down.

Let me know if you have any other questions.

Thanks, Jared

A few members posted here that Lund thought the Whipple tune was pushing it abit to much and wanted to tone it down abit. I thought that maybe it was Lund wasnt able to keep all the saftey measures that Whipple has.
