Is someone actually selling a pony-less front grille that is otherwise the same as stock (see attached)?

I like the stock grille just fine, except that there is a chrome pony on it.

If I can't find a replacement grille for somewhere in the neighborhood of $100, I'll probably just use the plasti-dip method to black it out.

Nothing yet. All of the grilles have hex mesh or something similar.

I would recommend trying out the plastidip. I am super satisfied with mine.

If you hate it... peel it.

I really wish that a company would make this. I agree, the stock grill minus the pony would be perfect.

I made one awhile back. Actually have a 2nd one on my desk that I need to finish.

Is that where you cut out the pony and replace it with the hex from another grille?

Yeah, I saw that in my searching.

Has anyone considered getting the California special grille?

Uhm... no. The "horizontal bars" look is outdated and over used. They're used on rice burners, trucks, thug rides... everything.

JayTea's grill is perfect! A vendor needs to get on this. Agreed on the Cali grill, not a fan.

Huh, I didn't even notice the bars. I thought it was just the GT grill with a different pony.

Is everyone seriously gonna act like they don't see the huge mushroom cloud in the background from nuclear missile testing? :eyebulge:
