So I currently have a whipple 5.0 manual 3.73 car. I daily the car so the HRE ff01 with michelin PSS are staying on. I want a drag radial for the drag strip. I am lowered on eibach pro springs. I was thinking of getting a set of cheap AMR rims 19x10 in the back. What size drag radials would you get. I was looking at 305/35/19r nitto nt05r? Would that be a good set up?

Why dont you grab a set of flow forge wheels? it benefits the car in decreasing rotational mass, as for DR the NT05R is a good tire, Ive hooked up some members with them and they have liked them.

What is the recommended tire size (drag radial) for the factory PP wheel?

See I have looked at the AMR charcoal rims the 19x8 19x10. They will just be track rims and I'm not super crazy about time so even if there a little heavier I dont mind. Mickey Thompson et II or nitro nt05r

I have the nt05r on my stock pp wheels and they fit ok. I am going to buy the american muscle wheels in black that are 19x10. They match the stock wheels pretty good.

I would personally do a rotory forged wheel, with the pressure you are putting when dragging a wheel it would be best IMO that way.
