So where the hell are the tunes for our car? I've been waiting patiently for 6 months but it's irritating since the 5.0 and the ecoturd came out at the beginning of the year

The 5.0 and Ecobeast have been out since last fall genius. There are also several ppl on here with V6s that have been tuned. Unleashed is one of the tuners offering custom tuning for the V6

If you wanted a badass tuner car, you shouldn't have gotten the motor that the aftermarket cares the least about.

The 3.7 is a badass motor, the previous gen has a huge after market and a cult like following. I keep hearing the 11-14 guys talk about how much better their car is after their mpt and Lund tunes and I just wish that our gen6 would get a little more attention. I already love it with the headers and exhaust but would love an off-road mid which requires a tune to tune out the rear o2 sensor. Plus a ghost cam would be kind of fun

I think some 4-banger turd pilot is trolling the V-6 Threads and may have been offended by your 'eco-turd' comment....Say you're sorry like a good boy so he feels better with his purchase.

The eco-turd owner can go buy multiple tunes from multiple vendors right now and go faster. What does he have to regret?

Let's not start this bullshit again lol. The ecoboost is a better car performance wise. So let's end this discussion now before it escalates haha

Personally not looking to get into an argument, but if someone makes a smart ass comment they should expect one back. It goes back to a comment made a couple weeks ago, the V6 is never brought up in the EB section because those guys are focusing on their car/platform. I suggest some here do the same.

Oh boy. Making friends and influencing people right off the bat.

Anyway if your not happy with the amount of company's providing tunes I think the thing to do is contact companies like American Muscle and Late Model Restoration and ask WTF? Where's the V6 tunes?

I would regret the fact that the 'EcoBeast' exhaust sound (Which sounds like a dyson vacuum even with Roush exhaust on) is FAKE! Pull fuse #27, not only will it kill your stereo, but it will kill the artificial exhaust note your hear in the cabin: (See Article below)**
http://www.autoblog.com/2014/09/24/ford-mustang-ecoboost-fake-engine-soundtrack/

I think it's a crying shame that the Mustang brand has evolved to pumping FAKE engine exhaust tones into the stereo....That's why I am SOOOO Glad I chose a V-6. If I had more money I would have opt'd for the V8 of course but, gas is over $9.00 a gallon here in the U.K.
If an 'EcoBeast' owner ever changes her/his stereo headunit, that Fake engine sound won't be pumping through the speakers any more. Ford sadly drank the 'going Green' koolaid and created a shell of a mustang with simulated sounds. They could have at least pumped in better 'Fake' exhaust notes, like maybe a WWII P-51 mustang engine note, or a Model T, or even a long drawn out fart or beltch from a fat girl (That would never get old).

So much butthurt in this post. BTW, a lot of guys pull the fuse. Fortunately I like the way the EB sounds with a nice precision turbo attached to it.

So, a lot of guys are riding around without a radio or, bluetooth capability, just to listen to a turbo spool up? That's cool...To each their own I guess. I like my radio functionality and if they finish the turbo for the V6 (VIA procharger, or whom ever), then that's a possibility. & still have my radio :)

I feel bad you don't understand how it works but there is too much stupid on this forum today for me to fix everyone. But really, a Procharger turbo? That is just too much.
