I've never been to Biloxi. I am definitely willing to do a Mustang meet in NOLA. Any ideas?
NOLA Motorsports is always a blast.

What's up guys, I'm not too far from the Nola crowd. 2015 GT Magnetic PP here.
Any locals have race headers yet?
Kris
When I had my civic before the Mustang, the local 8th gen civic group used to meet up at nola and go Karting, then cruise to the lakefront in new orleans

I am torn between buying a Whipple next or headers. Leaning more towards the Whipple then headers. Which headers are you thinking about?

Sounds like a great goal, I am curious to see how it pans out for you. How do you plan on mating it to your x pipe? Why not just get the catted headers? Sounds like extra work.I'd love to purchase the whipple kit. It's a bit out of my price range at the moment. I'm planning on getting the Stainless Works 1 7/8 catless headers and mating it up to my x piped catback. Hopefully there is a reasonably affordable intske manifold solution that will fit because I'd like to touch 7500 rpm n/a. The goal is 500 whp on e85. It's going to be a long shot but worth a try lol.
Well, I have access to a lift and welder, it's how it put together my catback. I'm going to weld in 3"-2.5" reducers right after the lead pipes to eliminate the factory 2 1/4" slip fit connect that will immediately transfer into the x-pipe. Since the lead pipes slip fit on, it will allow the lead pipe and x pipe section to become one but the entire exhaust system will be a 3 piece with slip fits. Shouldn't be too much work, I've done way worse in my previous years of exhaust building experience.
I will also be doing all tuning myself. The coyote and s550 chassis is a new engine I have not touched yet, but the ECM is exactly like other ford's I've tuned and I've been tuning for almost 7 years now from n/a to f/I applications, I'm excited to see what I can get out of it.
The whipple kit is going to be super nice to have on your car. Really excited to see how that performs. I haven't heard much about stang hi, passed by it a few times, always looked closed. I've always been the type of person that doesn't trust anyone to work on my car but I understand your predicament.
That's pretty impressive. I don't know the first thing about tuning and wish I had a lift. I install as many parts as I can on my car unless I don't have the tools. I'd love to see how your car performs after you get everything on.Well, I have access to a lift and welder, it's how it put together my catback. Stainless works seems to be the best option, its what I'll be getting. Good price, great performance.Anyone local have headers on there car yet? I want to go with arh, but can't justify the price. Not sure what I'm going to get, but will have to mate it to my Frpp sport cat back.
For what the headers cost, I may just go straight to a supercharger and then do the headers. Not sure yet. Really waiting for the tuning to get better. I see a lot of negative opinions on tunes due to the new platform. I really want the clutch management and traction control to go away.
