How would I go about ordering one of these if I already have a steeda intake?

Here's the link to the gauge.
http://www.lethalperformance.com/e-motion-ngauge-tuning-and-monitoring-gauge.html

You'll want to choose the Lund Racing custom tune option from the dropdown.

Once you've placed the order we will email you a link to our custom tune request form. You'll fill the form out with your info and modifications and from that Lund Racing will build your tune file. We will then upload the tune into the device before it ships.

We are currently the only ones with the Lund Racing NGauge in stock so please feel free to give us a call if you have any other questions.

Thanks,
Jared

Just curious, what is everyone monitoring on their gauges? I am trying to figure out what would be the most beneficial for me to monitor, and can't quite understand what everything means, due to the difference in the terminology. Thanks.

Instruction/Unboxing N Guage from Lund Racing

Here's the steps sent to me by John Lund in loading/flashing/updating the Tuner/N Guage properly.

1. When you put the new firmware on the SD card follow the instructions to update the firmware on the device by going to Diagnostics > Settings > Update from SD card

2. Next is try going to go back to Gauges and it will ask you to select a Model. Select Ford then when it asks for Scan Depth do "Scan all".

How to load a tune onto the nGauge. This can be done one of two ways. I will detail both ways below.

1. Unplug the micro USB card from the bottom of the device and plug it into the mini USB adapter that came in the box with the device. Load the mini USB card into your PC/Mac and open up the "Custom Files" folder on the card. Save the .enc tune file from your email and move it into this folder. Once it has been loaded into the "Custom Files" folder, you can exit the window and re-insert the micro SD card back into the nGauge.

2. This method requires a mini USB cable. Plug one end of the cable into the nGauge and the other end into the computer. The device will boot up and you will get a "Couldn't Connect... Is Key on?" message.

-Select the "X" in the bottom left hand corner to take you to the main screen.
-Select Diagnostics > USB SD
-Now the device will be connected to your computer as a Removable Disc. Open up the Removable Disc folder and go into "Custom Files".
-Save your .enc tune file from your email to your desktop, then drag it into this folder. Once your tune file has been loaded into the "Custom Files" folder, you can exit the window.

Now you are ready to plug the nGauge into the vehicle and flash the tune. This is simple. Plug it in to the vehicle via the OBDII port under the dash. Once it is plugged in and powered on, select "Tuning" and follow the on screen instructions from there to flash the new tune.

Wow an extra 100 bucks to have a tune for just an intake. How far will that take me for future mods?

you realize that tune will be about 20whp 30wtq at minimum right, even with just an intake. then you get free tune revision if you add headers later

$100 for a custom Lund Racing tune really isn't a big deal especially for what you're getting. You receive free updates for bolt-ons for as long as you own the car. The only time there would be an upgrade fee is if you requested an E85 tune, nitrous tune, aftermarket turbo or supercharger tune or for cams. Those are all premium tunes which require additional remote tuning.

Let me know if you have any other questions.

Thanks, Jared

They will keep updating your tunes for free every time you install a (non-FI) bolt on mod.

That's actually cheap! A tune alone can run you upwards of $200.

Lethalperformance...if I bought this power pack ..it comes with a custom tune for my vehicle ? Also does is it tuned to account for the CAI that comes with it and also my exhaust (ford racing Birla tourning). New to tuning and just wanted to make sure I get the right thing

And does the tune come programmed on the nguage?

Jake,
Once you've placed the order we will email you a link to our custom tune request form. You'll fill the form out with your info and modifications and from that Lund Racing will build your custom tune file. So it will indeed account for any mods you've installed on the car. We will then upload the tune into the device before it ships.

Let me know if you have any other questions.

Thanks, Jared

Yup. Sent to Lund, and all systems go. Good fuel quality, knock sensors happy, etc
