Excessive radiator noise?

I had to pull my car out of the driveway tonight so I could get the trash cans out for trash night, and I noticed some very loud excessive noises coming from the front end. I have a Lund tune so I don't want to run down to the dealership just to hear 'your tuned to that's the problem we won't fix it'. Just curious if anyone else has or had this problem before. I put my hand in the front and can actually feel a good amount of air blowing out the front of the grill, like the fan is spinning in the opposite direction.

Did you find out what the issue was??..I have the same noise when i turn the car off.

Turned out there is no issue, just the fan running on high from the lovely Florida heat. But that's while my car is running, if it's doing that when your car is off, then I don't know what to tell you on that one.
