Am I the only one who didn't really like the sound of that exhaust?

Me either. I was hoping for something more exotic.. A good friend who lives in Detroit has seen them out and about and said they are amazing in person and he wants one now.... this is a guy who is not into American muscle at all. More of a M3/GT3 guy. The first time I hear one in person will likely be when mine arrives at the dealer.

The videos I've seen posted give you an idea of the exhaust note, but don't do it justice for what you get in real life. It sent shivers up my spine. The quiet mode is something that needs to get locked out. You won't be disappointed if you have one on order.

It's the closest thing to the e46/e92 M3 in terms of engine characteristics. High revving. Even closer to the e92! I had a 2013 which had a naturally aspirated 4.0L V8 that revved to 8,300 RPM. The GT350 will give me everything the M3 offered and then some.

A fearsome sound and an astounding looking car, pity I don't live close enough to London to have gone along to see it yesterday. Not all the people passing by seemed to appreciate the sound though!

I'm hoping the appearances at Goodwood and in London mean that the GT350 is inching closer to being available in the UK .... that would be so cool
