I appreciate PMAS and the efforts they have made to make this right. ..the only thing I'm dissapointed in is the lack of communication. Can't get ahold of them...so Im leaning more toward getting a refund

I haven't received mine yet and I've already asked for a refund via e-mail, PM and multiple voicemail messages. No response yet. If I can't get a response by the end of the week, I'll be forced to aks my CC company to reverse charges which I hate to do as it is a hassle for me as well as the vendor, but what other recourse do I have at that point?

Yes I also have had the same exact issue and possibly may have to go the same route with the cc company but I want to give PMAS the benefit of the doubt...I'm sure there super busy right now and may not have time to answer calls. But I did call this afternoon and they said this phone number is temp unavailable

I just called the number from their website and got the same message. That's not a good sign for me.

I called this morning and was able to leave a voicemail.

Mastercard will get a call tomorrow for a refund request. Too many bad omens going on with them right now.

What the hell! Heavy Presence on here when they want the money then none once it hits the fan. Now no phone.... Seriously lacking Customer service. This is BS plain and simple.

Maybe there is a good reason for it? But if I don't hear anything sooner then later I'm going to go ahead and make the call to my cc Co also

Ok I'm going to chime in here. Because I have one, on my car running. Does it have issues yes, does it perform as advertised yes. I just came back from a SCCA Track Night where I ran with an incredible group of people. My last session put me nose to tail with a C5/C6 Vette on track tires/StopTech Brakes/Engine work. I rode his ass hard to the point where the corner marshal blue flagged him so I could pass (which I pointed him by a lap later). We were as equal as equal gets. I have never hung the tail of my car out and drifted through very high speed (bad things happen) corners as I did tonight. Yes it was hot the track was greasy compared to when I ran on Saturday. I still hit the 1:24's still ran 1:25's over and over. My car is as it left the factory tires and pads. This intake works but I earned the right to be pissed off because I knew from day one what their objective was and the technology involved. I knew it was a bargain. This is why I called out you A-Holes that think this is some overpriced CAI. This unit should be $600-700. I have been offering to help them but that has been difficult when Brent is appointed technical communications director. No offense Brent my favorite A-Hole :) I reached out to them last night with no response. They released it too soon, they are brilliant at what they do but they do not have the staff, an Asshole like me that works on things like this everyday and can see issues before they happen. I discovered some design flaws (simple fixes) tonight. I want to help them improve the product so I can confidently sell it to my customers. But no response at all is pointless. My car is a rocket ship. In my area my car is known at HPDE events, everyone knows it's stock and how fast it is. I was even questioned tonight when I explained I was testing a new intake. "Why add more power"?

I defended this product the entire time. I have egg on my face because I can't get people to return a fucking phone call. I ran this intake tonight, no engine lights, engine didn't blow up, sat bouncing off the rev limiter several times a lap. Made me learn car control do to the additional power. It works. It needs to be developed more. I found all the weaknesses.

To the Member who called out the people who had issues installing the product. STFU. I work on much more complicated engines on a daily basis that need to work, so yes I have questions, stupid questions never hurt anyone.

To give you some back ground on myself I have been at this a long time. I know all the "Tuners" in my area, I will never let one of them touch my OBD port. If you owned a 1994 and UP Griffin Aluminum Radiator that bolted in your Mustang (Ford Racing sold them as well) without too much trouble. I did that. I got the first one that was not even close, it was designed off of drawings but never compensated for the dimensional changes. All those changes were mine. My friend still has the 94 Mustang and lives in OHIO now. I pretty sure it still has the radiator in it I modified 20 years ago.

So you whiny ****S need to SHUT THE FUCK UP and the early adopters need to make a decision.

PMAS needs to fucking call me or I'm done. Brent thank you for your efforts, I enjoyed most of the people on this forum but I done with it.
