Looking to see if anyone is using this setup. I see a lot posts for the JLT setup. Haven't seen to many post about this system. My friend gave me one for helping him tow his procharged car to a dyno shop. Just want to know how people like it.

Piping diameter looks a little on the smaller side when compared to other intakes on the market, probably for MAF reasons. Also, longer tube intakes like this usually adjust the resonance to make more low to mid range power. You normally run shorter tube intakes for top end power. When you extend the piping length, it shifts the torque curve. It works the same as runner length on intake manifolds and headers.

Best looking intake in my opinion! However, I couldn't buy it because there aren't any reviews to back it up.

Well i just got the car last Tuesday. Just want to drive it around stock to break it in. My friend also painted the tube Gaurd green. So I'm not sure if i should paint it black or deep impact blue to match my car.

As far as the tubing size diameter wise. I'll measure it when i get home to see what the inlet diameter is. It looks smaller then it is. I got my 91 turbo fox which makes 925 rwhp and the intercooler pipe fits inside the MMR pipe.

Ok I measured the inside diameter with my Dial caliper and it measures 3.25 inches on the inside. Does anyone know what some of the other cold air kits measure on the inside diameter?

Did Gus give you this? I have him on IG and I remember it was up for sale, lol.

I got this set up and I enjoy it. But, when I installed this kit my rpms dropped and my car shut off when cold. My SCT tuner remedied this issue by increasing the rpms at idle.

Hey JK any update on this? I'm thinking about mmr too. Looks cool, and the air filter down low, by the inlet vent, may keep out some of the engine heat. Anyone here used this recently?

NO haven't had a chance to put it on yet, It's still sitting in my garage. Been doing stuff on my house instead right now.
