The OEM rear PP wheels fit the front yes. A few people are running them- a square 9.5 PP setup.
But the OEM are only 9.5" wide with a 52.5mm offset and these are 10" wide and 48mm offset.

Can these be used to run a square 19x10 with 48mm offset? Was the weight posted on these compared to stock?

No one has tried to run them over the Brembos yet, I would THINK that they would fit, but that's a lot of coin to have them not fit I think. I also think that kid of offset with the tire and everything would rub in the front somewhere..

10" +48 will more than likely hit the strut. That is the problem. Not the brakes (although they could be a problem too).
10" +40 fits. 10" +45 or greater more than likely will not fit on the front.

I don't think the weight is listed for any of the reproduction Ford wheels. They're not going to be light at those prices. That's one trade off.
