Orange seat and door panel stitching

After seeing another thread on dying the factory white stitching red and a lot of researching different ways of doing it, I finally decided to tackle this myself and dye the stitching in my 400A interior. The best result I got was with this Decofabric dye marker. It was dark by the time I got the drivers side front and back done so I couldn't get a good pic of the whole seat, but I snapped a couple of the headrest as I was doing it. If you are as particular as I am this will take a while, but the result is well worth it! After the dye sets up for a day or two I'm gonna go back over the seats with some leather cleaner as well.

I did the same, using a FabricMate orange dye marker. Ended up having to get a second one as they ran out fairly quickly. Just enough of a subtle accent to catch the eye.

I also yanked the headrests like you show, after spending 10 minutes trying to work on them in place before realizing how much easier it would be...

I had originally bought a fabricmate dye marker to try first but the color just didn't seem to "pop" as much as I wanted. The marker I pictured has a push down tip that releases quite a bit of dye so the stitching soaked it up easily. I'm gonna try to get a better pic of it with a DSLR camera this weekend to see if you can see it better, cell phone camera quality just kills it.
