I have my 2007 GT up for sale. I realy want a 2015 and was looking at cars.com Its seems that Koon's Ford in VA has "To good to be true prices" on their web page. Are their prices for real or are they Gimiks?

They add their $300-$600 processing fee and $850 destination fee to the advertised price. On my car it still came out better than x-plan.

Highly recommend them and one of their Associates Greg Williams has sold my family about a dozen cars over the years.

They are still a car dealership, but they are pretty straight shooters. Perhaps it is because they know I'm in no mood for the bull, but they don't do the sales tower stuff, the quad chart, the gimmicks so much. You still get paraded in front of the finance guy and the maintenance plan guy, but once you say no they listen and move on.

As said above, their prices online don't include everything. However, their OTD prices are very good and often better than x plan. I'm trying to get my mustang through them now, but they are having a hard time getting other dealers to trade them for the color and options I want. I'm willing to special order through them if I have to and avoid another dealer and out of state etc, so that might tell you my loyalty on them.

If you see Greg tell him Jeremy sent you :)

Hello XmustangX,

I would be interested in seeing a Bill-of-Sale for a GT at the price you mentioned...

Best regards.. RoadDog

I just picked mine up from Cowles Ford in Woodbridge, VA -- and I have to say... as much as I expected some "shenanigans" when it came time to close the deal and pick up the car, there was none.

When all was said and done, I basically got mine for $5100 off MSRP. That included 2 rebates -- $500 customer cash and $500 military appreciation cash... so $4,600 off if you're not military.

I feel like I got an incredible deal. AND they took care of me when I said please leave the front license plate bracket off the bumper.

Koons in sterling was going to move a ruby red up from Cowles this weekend for me but it had nav and shaker which I didn't want to really pay for and the bumper was drilled. I put my order in today and am hoping it will only be a month based on the speed I'm seeing in the build threads. I'm thinking maybe they are doing customer orders only now and the lot orders are decreasing as the model year ends

2015 Mustang Ecoboost Performance Package
i just picked up my ecoboost manual performance package from Robert at Koons Ford of Silver Spring (25ish miles from the Sterling Koons). The sale price was $23,500, they gave me more than anyone else offered on my trade, and the fees weren't terrible. It was still cheaper out the door than anywhere else I found. I highly recommend the Silver Spring dealer. I tried to test drive one at the Sterling dealer, and had a TERRIBLE experience. I drove there from my house (a little over an hour away) ready to make a purchase. I called and asked if they could have the car pulled out when I got there because I was in a bit of a hurry. They said they would have it done. I called once I was about 15 minutes away to let them know how far out I was. They said "we already took the car out, fueled it up, and it's parked out front waiting on you". When I got there, there was no car out front. No big deal. I ran inside to talk with the salesmen and ask them again to pull the car around. They had me sit at the gentleman's desk for about 20 minutes, then came out and said "since we're under construction, our cars are in a lot down the road. We're going to go pick the mustang up and bring it back here". After another 15 minutes of waiting, the salesman came up to me and said, "all of our managers are out of town in Vegas for a conference, and they took all of the mustang keys with them. I can't have you test drive the mustang today. We'll give you a call sometime next week about it." It's been two weeks, but I've still not heard from them and i've since purchased a mustang at the silver spring location. Where I bought mine, the salesman Robert threw in a hat and shirt for me. The manager Jimmy made a few calls to a manager at a Toyota dealer to get us a sweet deal on a car for my wife too. Silver Spring all the way!

I flew into BWI and bought mine from Pete at the Baltimore Ford store and drove it home to South Carolina. Their prices are legit! Everywhere I spoke with in the Southeast couldn't understand how they are selling cars for those prices, but they do!
